I do not like speaking about it but, I once had another Auto policy with another company. I had to add my 16yr son to the existing policy. I called the agent I had at the time and did not get an answer. I left a message and sent a email. Three days later, I still had not gotten a response from the agent. I called Mercury Insurance and Karen answered right away. After telling her about my awful experience with the other insurance company and letting her know what it was I needed, Karen apologized for the bad experience with the other company and quickly assured me I would not have that type of experience with Mercury. Boy was she right. Not only did she add my son to my New Policy with Mercury Insurance, but gave me a much better policy for my money. Karen always sounds like she is smiling when I speak to her. Why me?
I’ve lived in the beautiful Napa Valley for over 20 years and have been a licensed insurance agent since 2006. The office I own has been in the same location for 20 years and prior to owning the business I was an employee for Craig Snasdell Insurance Services.
